Yardenna Aaron has been appointed to be the new executive director of the Maintenance Corporation Trust Fund (MCTF).
For six years, Aaron has collaborated with the MCTF on strategic investigation and advocacy seeking fair competition among janitorial contractors. Aaron, who is fluent in Spanish, took the reins at the end of January.
Executive Director Yardenna Aaron, said: “We want to maintain and raise standards in our industry by combating the detrimental effect of the underground economy by using our multifaceted cross-industry approach. It’s the responsibility of workers, employers and all the stakeholders involved to promote fair standards in our industry.
